Return

We are sorry that you’ve received an item that is not in its best condition possible.  If the item is defective due to a manufacturing error on our part or if you’ve received the wrong item(s), we’d be happy to resolve that for you. Plese send a photo of the damaged part or the wrong item you received, along with your order number within 7 days from the delivery date to [email protected], do attach along below info:

  1. Order number
  2. Product name
  3. Contact person
  4. Contact number
  5. Reason to return
  6. Pictures of receipt or original proof of purchase
  7. Please attach along pictures of the defects product.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be  must be unused and 100% new. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We do not allow exchange or refunds if the item is not in its original condition or a defect is caused by the customer.

Should the return request made after 7 days money back guarantee period, no request will be attended to.

Once we verified your request, we will require you to send the item back to our office address at

The case require some processing time, should we do not reply your email in 3 working days please, resend the email to us again.

While all orders are carefully packed before shipping, we do not allow exchange or refunds for the below reasons:

  • Change of mind (for charms or accessories)
  • Returning or exchanging a gift
  • Wear and tear

Exchange (if applicable)

After we have verified your claim, we will send you a replacement for free. 

 

We DO NOT offer free replacement for items that are gifted or worn.

 

We DO NOT offer free replacement after 7 days from the delivery date

 

Exchanged items cannot be re-exchanged. We will only accept one exchange per invoice/order. 

 

Store Credit

1. All items are non refundable in cash, but we offer store credits for future purchase

2. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund/exchange. 

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the approval or rejection of the return.

4. When we receive your package, please allow 3-5 business days for the store credit issuance/exchange.

 

Disclaimer:

1. We recommend shipping it back to us by registered mail so it's trackable by both parties. We will not be responsible for lost mail or be accountable for returns without tracking code provided. 

2. Returned item must be unworn or 100% new.

3. We are not responsible for lost parcels that are sent back for returns or exchange.
