Have a effortless and worry free shopping with La Parure with our returns policy.

We provide a 10 days warranty period for item defect or damage return, please reach out to us with photo or video of the defect item.  

Return are not eligible for final sales item /  promotion item / personalised jewellery / free gift / earrings (for hygiene purpose).

Non-Defect Statement

Every piece of jewelry is a testament to La Parure's commitment to detail and gentle craftsmanship.

During the production process, some minor markings may be left behind. These marks don't affect the wearability or the aesthetic appeal. The following situations are considered normal and are not defects:

Colour Difference: We have made every effort to restore the true colours of our products in the photos. However, slight colour differences may exist due to varying screen displays. Please refer to the actual product you receive for the most accurate colour.

Slightly Crooked Stones or Glue Overflow: Minor glue residue, slightly asymmetrical settings, or minor friction scratches on the inner side that may occur during transit are not considered defects.

Natural Materials: We often use materials like freshwater pearls and natural ores. The colour, texture, shape, and luster of each piece are unique and cannot be replicated. Natural imperfections like fissures, mineral deficiencies, or growth patterns are inherent to the materials and are not considered defects.

Bent Earring Posts: To ensure a more comfortable fit, most of our earring posts are made from a softer silver material. If you find them slightly bent upon arrival, don't worry. You can gently straighten them with your fingers.

Black Spots on Earring Posts: Some earring posts have a natural darkening at the welding point. This is an unavoidable result of the metal welding process and is not a defect.

Size Error: All sizes are measured manually. A slight error of 0.5 to 1 cm is within the normal range.

Gentle Reminder: Sweat is the enemy of plated surfaces. If you are prone to sweating, please remember to gently wipe your jewellery with a dry cloth after each wear. Proper care will help it last longer.

How to Return

Please send a photo of the damaged part or the wrong item you received, along with your order number within 10 days from the delivery date to info@laparure.com.my, do attach along below info:

  1. Order number
  2. Product name
  3. Contact person
  4. Contact number
  5. Reason to return
  6. Pictures of receipt or original proof of purchase
  • Please attach along pictures of the defects product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be  must be unused and 100% new. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We do not allow exchange or refunds if the item is not in its original condition or a defect is caused by the customer.

Should the return request made after 10 days money back guarantee period, no request will be attended to.

Once we verified your request, we will require you to send the item back to our office address at

We will cover the shipping cost if is accepted as defect return, customer will need to bear for the return fees if otherwise. 

The case require some processing time, should we do not reply your email in 3 working days please, resend the email to us again.

While all orders are carefully packed before shipping, we do not allow exchange or refunds for the below reasons:

  • Change of mind (for charms or accessories)
  • Returning or exchanging a gift
  • Wear and tear

Exchange (if applicable)

After we have verified your claim, we will send you a replacement for free. 

We DO NOT offer free replacement for items that are gifted or worn.

We DO NOT offer free replacement after 10 days from the delivery date

Exchanged items cannot be re-exchanged. We will only accept one exchange per invoice/order. 

 

Store Credit

  1. All items are non refundable in cash, but we offer store credits for future purchase
  2. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund/exchange. 
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the approval or rejection of the return.
  4. When we receive your package, please allow 3-5 business days for the store credit issuance/exchange.

 

Disclaimer:

  1. We recommend shipping it back to us by registered mail so it's trackable by both parties. We will not be responsible for lost mail or be accountable for returns without tracking code provided. 
  2. Returned item must be unworn or 100% new.
  3. We are not responsible for lost parcels that are sent back for returns or exchange.
